Ed leads RB Jones Global, driving product innovation and expansion across the UK, UAE and international markets. Known for his risk management expertise and ability to build high-performing specialty underwriting teams, he is responsible for accelerating the division’s global growth.

Before joining RB Jones, Ed held senior leadership roles at AIG, including North America Head of Specialty and Global Head of Credit Lines. He previously worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse.

Olaf is an experienced aviation and transportation finance executive and has held senior leadership roles across Europe and the United States. He has previously served as Managing Director at Skyworks Capital and as CFO and CEO at Intrepid Aviation, and has held senior positions at HSH Nordbank and Alvarez & Marsal. Based in Frankfurt and with more than 30 years’ experience across aircraft finance, leasing and advisory, Olaf brings deep sector expertise and transaction leadership to RB Jones Aviation Finance.

Dave heads the RB Jones UK business. Dave joined Barbican Insurance Group in 2009, holding a number of underwriting roles up to the point of the H.W. Kaufman Group acquisition of Barbican Protect and formation of RB Jones UK in 2020. At that stage Dave lead the Property and Casualty book, in time becoming Underwriting Director, establishing underwriting controls and overseeing loss performance, before moving to lead the business in 2026.

Dave and his team provide market-leading capacity across multiple classes, including Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Care, Construction and Digital.

Alice leads actuarial strategy across pricing, reserving, analytics and performance management. Before joining H.W. Kaufman Group, she was a Partner at EY, advising global insurers on actuarial transformation, IFRS 17, ESG integration and underwriting performance.

She brings deep analytical expertise and supports RB Jones’ commitment to data-driven decision making.

Jodie Kaufman Davis is the Group Co-President of H.W. Kaufman Group and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. A leader in developing and executing company strategy and management-driven initiatives, Jodie advises on best practices and expertise to drive the company’s global growth strategy.

As part of her leadership role, Jodie serves as Vice Chair, Atain Insurance Companies and oversees RB Jones, the Kaufman subsidiary that serves as a destination for highly specialized insurance solutions.

She is also responsible for all Kaufman companies outside North America.

Jodie was previously named to the Insurance Business Global 100 and Business Insurance Women to Watch.

Paul oversees H.W. Kaufman’s operations across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. With more than 25 years’ global experience, he is respected for his leadership and expertise across specialty lines.

He previously served as Global Head of Specialty Lines at AIG and held senior roles at AXA XL during periods of major organisational change and growth. Paul has also served on the LMA and IUA Boards and several other key market committees.

Helen oversees finance and strategy for H.W. Kaufman’s international operations, including RB Jones Global. A highly respected leader in the London Market, she brings more than 30 years’ experience including her previous role as CFO at Ascot Underwriting.

Helen has also chaired the Lloyd’s Market Association Finance Committee, reflecting her strong influence across the sector.
